A single file was buried, I was following along the techs direction
and unable to make notes. The file was a four lettered something like
mtbw and i don't remember the location. I'm sorry, we went through so
many fixes to find it, the ones I remember are those I tried myself
and with Applecare (plist) etc. We had to go much deeper.

Resolving this issue, finally I gave trying the suggestion on the
boards and called applesupport. After two fix attempts failed I
was transferred to a senior support rep, we spent another 45
minutes until we found the culprit.
It's working fine now, but I winder how much this would have cost
me solve if my AppleCare expired. I only have two months left on
my three contract.
