Hi Mark, I've never tried command down arrow for opening anything. I just tried it on an app in the dock and on the applications folder and nothing happened. i had quick nav on, so I turned it off, thinking that would make a difference, maybe. Still nothing. command down arrow does nothing here. Am I missing a step?
