Hi,
While trying to answer a question about iPad podcasts, I came across
some really useful pages on Vision Australia's web pages that give
information and podcast howto demos for working with VoiceOver on the
Mac, with the iPod Touch, iPhone, iPad, and various Nanos, and
assorted other information. (This is really credit to Serotalk's
latest podcast that mentioned 6 iPad VoiceOver demos from this site.)

Below are a number of links to adaptive technology related POD casts,
files, and links.
These presentations and files have been produced by the Adaptive
Technology Helpdesk at Vision Australia to answer common accessibility
questions concerning the use of VoiceOver on the iPhone 3GS, iPod
Touch 3RD generation, iPad, Nano 5TH generation, and Mac OS 10.6 (Snow
Leopard).
Stay connected for more upcoming demos, helpful tip documents, and
evaluations. We are hoping to get out a minimum of two demo's per week.

The page goes on to give links covering the following subjects:

iBooks to get you started reading on the iPad
Paid iPad apps to get you started
Free iPad apps to get you started
iPhone and iPod Touch audio demos using VoiceOver
Free apps to get you started on the iPhone and iPod Touch
Paid apps to get you started on the iPhone and iPod Touch
Tip and manual docs for Mac, iPhone, and iPod Touch
Evaluations of the Mac, iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, and Nano
useful links for more information concerning the Mac, iPhone, iPod
Touch and other Apple products
Looks like they started assembling this material in late April, and
there seem to be a lot of good demos.
HTH Cheers,
Esther
