Hi Tia, Hmm the contacts status as to whether they are online or not hasn't been fixed yet to my knowledge in Skype. If it has, I don't know about it. To retrieve your Voicemail go to the menu that says contacts or something like that voicemail is in there I think. It hsould tell you if you have any messages in there. I amgoing by a version of Skype that worked on Windows, but I think the same principal applys here. I have to take a look at my Skype on this machine with VoiceOver. Have a great day.
