Only limitation is that it can't play any encrypted (DRMed) content since Microsoft has not released how this works. I tried it on the Free Video for your page and it seemed to work. I had a lot of Safari Busy messages but eventually found a Content Frame. I had to simulate a mouseclick and then I could hit space to start and stop the video.
