AFAIK there isn't a way to do it within iTunes but QuickTime Player can. If you pull up the contextual menu on a track in iTunes there is a 'reveal in finder' option which will open up a window with that file selected. From there you can do another contextual menu option to open with QuickTime Player. Once there hit apple-k for the AV controls. In that window, after all the Pitch Shift and other controls, you should find a slider called Playback Speed. Just right arrow to make it play faster.

Hope that helps.

Hello List,
Is there a plugin that can be used to speed up spoken word audio for iTunes? I know I can do this on my iPhone but it would also be nice if I could do this in iTunes itself. Thanks all,
Doug
