Hi all, I just had the strangest thing happened. I was browsing on my Mac, and all of a sudden VO just really slowed down for no reason. I decided to restart my Mac, hoping that VO would return to normal, but when I did, it had reset itself to all the default settings. Anyone know what might have happened? Thanks, Donna
