This is the same reason why it did not seem that the keyboard command,

You can empty the Trash, or Bin as you call it, from the Mac's
Desktop, or anywhere within Finder, by pressing the key
combination CMD + Shift + Delete.
If you add Option to the key combination, you will not receive the
dialogue asking if you are sure you want to empty the trash.
