Hi I don’t know about this but the microwave I use every day came from amazon. It is very simple with two nobs one that you turn to the level of heat you want and the other to the time and we just marked where it was right for coffee at about one and a half minutes and I use it like that. It was only 50 pounds or so. Wonder if this would work for you love emma
