Try this: Move to the link that goes to the podcast you want to save. Press
CTRL+Option+Shift+M to bring up the context menu. From that menu, choose
"Save As..." or "Save to Desktop" (my personal choice). From there, you can
cut & paste into iTunes & place it on your iPod, or you could leave it on
the desktop & copy & paste it into the flash disk or SD card on your book
sense.
