Unfortunately, because that site is web-based and is not a native Apple app, it does not use the frameworks that allow VoiceOver to provide positioning guidance. Put another way, you are going to need sighted assistance for this. At least this was my experience, hopefully someone else will jump in and prove me wrong because it'd be great to be able to do this more independently.
