Hi Bill, on the Mac, if you go into the signatures area from within Internet accounts or command,, then you can go to all signatures select the signature that you wanna edit, and add it that way. Once you take out or put in whatever you need, it sinks to the correct signature. You will have to do this for each account. Joseph Hudson
