Since iCloud doesn't sync the contents of ~/.ssh and iCloud Keychain or the Passwords app don't support SSH keypairs (that's something one normally only expects from third-party password managers), it's not clear to me how you think your SSH keypairs are being uploaded to iCloud at all. How do you think this is being done?
