With 265 entries, this would be an arduous task. I recommend first making sure
that recent calls have been captured in contacts, if desired, and just manually
write down the day and phone number for the most recent 20 calls. Then do a
complete clear of all the phone calls and start keeping up with deletions on an
ongoing basis, every couple weeks.
