Hello, If you want more functionality than what Vo plus shift plus L gives you, you can try out VOCR. It can be found at: https://github.com/chigkim/VOCR
It is very similar to what you can do with JAWS and NVDA's screen OCR functions. It is a really handy add on for your mac.
