Yes, the rumoured reliability issues of the Orbit displays definitely gives me the frights. The whole point of moving away from the Focus is precisely to avoid these sorts of issues. So the Brailliant display is probably the right choice here.
Were you using the 20-cell or 40-cell Orbits? I've heard that the 40-cell, being newer, is somewhat better in this regard. Yes, I've read nothing but Good Things⢠about the Vario displays, but they're not in business any more so it's a non-starter. A display is an investment, as we all know.
