I tried ChatGPT in Safari a few days ago and encountered the same problem. I wasn't looking for a file to download, but I could not use VoiceOver to review ChatGPT's response. Seeing what ChatGPT says in the Mac app is a little easier, but you can't review line by line, and turning the rotor to words or characters doesn't do anything. I have had the most success reviewing ChatGPT responses in Google Chrome. Regards, Chanelle
