This has happened for me for quite some time now. When on the lock screen or once the computer kind of is sleeping, but still playing audio voiceover continues to randomly wake up and say something. I've heard it too many times I should know what it says but honestly, I can't remember now. Is there a way to stop this so that when the computer locks voiceover stops saying anything until I hit a key?
