Hi Marie,

There was something on this list a while ago about people hearing extra content 
when navigating by word, but I can’t recall the details. I’m not able to 
replicate the issue at the moment.

Which voice are you using with VoiceOver?
Also, could you please press VO +v and make a note of the settings you are 
using. I’ll use the same settings here to see if there is a way to replicate 
the issue.
