Sounds like your watch face has what is called a Complication. A complication
is like a widget on a watch face that provides information such as day and
date, weather information, or something else on your watch face.
To figure out what you have, open the Watch app on your paired iPhone, and up
near the top you should find the watch faces that you have active on your
watch. Swipe between the watch faces to figure out which one is the currently
selected face, and do a one-finger double tap on it. You should be able to look
through the details for that watch face, and figure out What if any
complications you have set for that watch face.

HTH.

Hello,
Hope someone can shed some light on this. When I swipe once left from the
time, I hear what sounds like "a d i 34" The number may change now and then.
