Yes, it happened to me yesterday when I upgraded it but it happened for the
first time only, after that, no problem.

Just ran the update. Now, when trying to unlock the phone, neither Face ID
nor passcode prompts me for a response. Touching the screen and swiping up
does not unlock the device.
Voiceover is on, and I can bring up the control center.
Did this change in the update?
