Dave,
I did not see anything there that might relate to a wired neckloop.
In Voiceover under Audio, there is an option to select left and right
channel for devices connected via the 3.5mm adapter that is plugged into
the USB C port. Will poke around some more later.
From E.T.'s Keyboard...
Ambivalent? Well yes and no.

Hi ET,
Have you looked in the accessibility options under hearing devices? Maybe your
neck loop needs to be either configured there or reconfigured with the iPhone
after updating to iOS 18. I've had other devices that have to be reconfigured
after performing a major update like this.

I dont have the newer phones but I would try again. Maybe an automated system
instead if you don’t want to bother anyone.

More information. The caller on the other end could hear me. I heard nothing,
not even Voiceover. He tried calling me and I heard the phone ring but was
unable to answer.

Hello all,
While using a wired neckloop connected to the USB C port, I tried making a
phone call. Voiceover went somewhere when the call conected.
I disconnected the neckloop and used a Bluetooth device and made the call
again which went well.
Is this the iPhone 15 or iOS 18? Thanks for any thoughts on this.
