Find the app you wish to move, swipe down with one finger and when you hear
“edit”, double-tap on it. Continue to swipe down with one finger until you
hear “drag”, and double-tap. Then swipe with three fingers left or right to
get to the page you wish to move the app to, keep on swiping with one finger to
find the place on the page where you wish to place it, then swipe up and down
with one finger to hear the options like create a folder with the app currently
in focus, or placing the dragged item before or after the app in focus.

Hope this helps a little.
