Different notifications have different options, e.g., “close” or “clear all”. Whatever option you need is in the menu, however. Correction, to open the Action menu, pres VO + CMD + Spacebar. With VoiceOver focus on an individual notification, use VO + CMD + Shift + Spacebar, to open the Action menu. Now, arrow up/down to the desired action, and then press Enter to select. Rinse and repeat for each notification. I’ve forgotten how to clear notifications on my Mac. Using Sequoia. I can bring up the list, but don’t remember how to close them.
