Hello, I put a shout out to the list last week with the same problem but no one responded. As far as I can tell, you cannot change the bitrate using the keyboard. I think it's a bug in iTunes, not VoiceOver. I have been able to change the bitrate if I put the VoiceOver cursor on the bitrate I want, then put the mouse over it, and perform a mouse click using VO-Shift-Space Bar. This seems to do the trick. It works, just annoying and a hassle. hth
