Hi all,
I got no response to this before but asking again.
I had signed out of my account and signed back in on both the Mac
and on the Apple TV 4k. Issue still persists.
This is media that is on an external drive. I use the computer app
on the ATV. After I have watched an episode in a TV series, the next
episode is shown on the Play button. But it actually does not update the
play count. When I go back at another time, it shows the episode I had
already watched.
On the Mac in the TV app, same issue. IF i mark it as watched,
everything is fine. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.
