Greetings Sarai: I know that several people without usable vision are using the Keurig app on their iPhone. I have spoken to them numerous times regarding their comparison of the smart Keurig versus my old ,model with the buttons. They of course like being able to set everything from the temperature to the time the Keurig comes on but they need to use the app. I like just pushing a button and having a single cup whenever I want. I keep telling Nicki I should try to get another one like this before they disappear but it is probably too late already. But, then again, since my Casori Pro 3 smart Air Fryer that Nicki insisted on getting works so well with the Lady A and I would never give it up after thinking I would never own such a beast before she bought it, I would probably love a Smart Keurig if I had one. I’ve had this push button Keurig now for four years this August so it is probably only a matter of time until it eventually needs replacing. Right now it works great and I’m happy. I’m sorry you are sad. I live for my Dark Roast coffee. Merv
