You’ll find it under more, but there are some steps you have to take first. Make sure the option is enabled in your Zoom account. This has to be done on the web site. Next, in the Zoom Options on the phone, Enable it under meetings. Then once you go on a call, you’ll find the option under more to enable it. Make sure to where corded headphones.
