Sorry, ignore the below question. I got it working. I had the phone placed on
the sleek feeling side of the charger which was wrong. The back of the phone
needed to be placed on what is the tacky feeling side of the charger. <LOL>

Subject: Magsafe Charging Pad question ...

Hello Again,

My question(s) this time relate to a MagSafe charging pad for my iphone 15 Pro.
Can someone tell me what I need to do to get it charging my phone? Does the
charger need to stay plugged in to charge up before it will charge the phone?
I’ve never used one of these so am unsure what needs to be done here. Also I
tried placing the phone on the pad with the back side of the phone placed on
the charger, should I reverse it so the front screen is on the charger? Do I
need to remove the Otter Box or can it stay on the phone during the charge.

Sorry to be so stupid about how to use a charger.

Thanks again,

Eileen
