Sorry, ignore the below question. I got it working. I had the phone placed on the sleek feeling side of the charger which was wrong. The back of the phone needed to be placed on what is the tacky feeling side of the charger. <LOL>

Also I tried placing the phone on the pad with the back side of the phone placed on the charger, should I reverse it so the front screen is on the charger? Do I need to remove the Otter Box or can it stay on the phone during the charge. Sorry to be so stupid about how to use a charger.
