E T, I also have a dual OS boot setup, using both Sonoma and Mojave on the same HDD. This may not be the same issue, but I will always get a message that I cannot connect to iCloud after switching from Sonoma to Mojave. It requires I sign in again with my Apple ID in System Preferences to resolve the issue. Then when I go back to Sonoma, I get the message again. I’ve not bothered to mess with this, but I’m thinking it’s because my computer name is the same in both OS, (or is that really the name of my hardware?) and I think the Apple eco-system is balking at the idea that there are two computer names for the same hardware and different OS so that it needs to re-authorize them? As said, I don’t bother with it, since when I do go to Mojave it’s specifically for using Overdrive and iTunes for audio books, and then I get out of there back to Sonoma as quickly as I can.
