You can do it in Zoom. It takes a little fiddling. You have to spacebar on the calendar part of the scheduler to get the dates to show. Then, to change the start and end times, you need to command-down arrow to manipulate them. I find it easier to type out the time, such as 3:00 or whatever for each field. Once you type the required time, VO-space to confirm on it.
