If your Apple ID is enrolled in the Apple developer program or you have enrolled your Apple ID in any of the Apple Beta programs or been accepted into an Apple Seed program, you do not necessarily need to install a beta profile of an OS in order to provide feedback, to Apple, on the current commercial release of an OS. So, if you are running the latest commercial release of an OS and your Apple ID is currently enrolled in any of the following Apple programs, listed above, you may provide bug reports /feedback directly to Apple by doing one of the following: 1. Launch the hidden Feedback Assistant app, included in every release of the OS, by typing the following text into the address field of Safari (without the quotation symbols): “applefeedback://”. After pressing the enter key, you will be prompted to open the app. This is a local app with the ability to automatically collect diagnostic data from not only the device upon which it was launched but also from any nearby devices that use your Apple ID. Or 2. Using any web browser, go to: “feedbackassistant.apple.com”. Please note that using the web version of the Feedback Assistant, even in Safari, is vastly different (less feature rich) than that of the hidden built-in app, listed above.
