Hello Rob, I agree with you wholeheartedly. Agencies are actually beginning to realize that Macs are, as you stated, assistive technology now. Providing training to a visually impaired user is also much easier. Now, you don't have to familiarize yourself with six or so screen readers, but only one, and not more than one Zoom solution. This also makes it easier on developers testing their applications for accessibility issues.
