Is anyone on the list trying the newly released Echofon for Mac? It seems quite accessible with VoiceOver, with the slight exception that the tweets aren't being read. I'm wondering if my tweets aren't being downloaded for some reason, or if VoiceOver can't read them. If someone else has taken this twitter client for a spin, I'd be interested in hearing about your experience.
