I wouldn't worry about it.
It means the dropbox is constantly sinking that folder. If you add something to 
it, it will be synced. If you delete something from it, the folder will be 
updated to reflect that something has been deleted.
I believe my Mac does the same thing, and has done so for a long time. I never 
give it any thought.
