Apparently Apple has approved it and you can now get it in the iTunes store.

They seem to be doing some weird optimization where all your surfing
goes through an Opera server which optimizes the page into special
markup before handing it to your phone. It's supposed to be crazy fast
but I wonder if it will mangle anything? It's free so might as well give
it a try.
