Good morning everyone, as far as training as this is an app, you might want to look at a description of the out effects and have on the phone it will tell you what versions of the following it is compatible with. If you're in the back app store you can read what versions of Mac OS is compatible with. But in general I don't think the store will let you download an incompatible version of any app. If it is training from an energy then it would be best if you check with that organization to see what they require when you sign up for, and/or subscribe to any online training.
I do not know if Apple stores still do some light training anymore, but it would be best if you figure out a way to contact the store in your area to figure out if they still do those classes when you Mac users.
