I use Fastmail. They have three paid plans depending on how much you want to 
administrate, store, micro manage, etc. Plans can be very simple or very 
professional depending on your needs. And if you decide you want a domain you 
can also have that and purchase it right from www.fastmail.com 
<http://www.fastmail.com/>.

I have a windows 11 Pro, an M1 MacBook Pro, and a 14 Pro Max iPhone and I have 
no issues with fast mail synching across all devices.

And if you happen to use groups. <http://groups.io/>io for anything and have 
been troubled with that constant bouncing issue, Fastmail solves that as well. 
I have never bounced since switching.
