Hi Paul, you can copy the file from your downloads folder and it will send it as a link. They don't need to sign into iCloud in order to download the file. It will give them an option to play or rewind our fast forward or tram, but he will just have to advise them not to modify the file if you don't want them to modify the fil but it won't affect your copy of the file if they do anything to it at their choice. Your copy of the file will be the same. I recently sent somebody a zoom link file and it sent it via iCloud once it was pasted into an email. Joseph Hudson
