Is there somewhere specific to send feedback about that other than the “send feedback,” tab? That’s where I ended up going to let them know about my screen freezing up as well when you close out of the chat feature under the “ask more” tab, and upon rating/ending a chat and returning to the camera screen, the take picture button is no longer visible, causing me to have to completely close and relaunch the app. However, upon sending feedback that way, I also got no response, which I’m unsure if that’s just due to multiple people sending them feedback, or something else entirely.
