So sorry for a stupid question. I’m wanting to know how to cut a row, move to
a new location and paste that row.

I tried dragging and dropping. While this probably worked, it left a space
where the original location had been. I also realize I can alphabetize by
first column. But before I do that, I’d like to know if there’s a way to
essentially cut a row and then move to a new location and paste that cut row
below the row I’m on. The usual Cut in the Edit Menu delets text within a
cell. I don’t want to delete the row because I don’t want to lose it. If
Delete places the row on the clipboard, that could work. But that outcome
isn’t clear from what I can see.

Any help greatly appreciated and again, sorry for a dumb question.

Best,
Kevin
