I use my iPhone and my Apple Watch. The audio description is a good feature, but sometimes they are played after the first round of exercises. I’ve found sometimes that I have to do the workout twice to get all the descriptions. If you are using VoiceOver, you do not have to do anything. The description will automatically play. The descriptions are very brief. You might want to turn VoiceOver’s volume up as the descriptions can go over the trainer’s voice.
