I’ve decided to move the 59GB video collection to my Mac desktop. That should take it out of iCloud Drive and free up Windows disk space. If I want to see a particular portion of this video collection on my phone, I’ll move that particular portion temporarily back into iCloud, watch it and then remove it again.
