Hi Jim, I have also bought abby finereader but I am still waiting for me scanner : canon 700f lied...
I have no experiences so far with scanning on mac osx with abby fine reader... As I understand well, you have a automator script that looks for the scanned image and start to och that? If you can give it privately or on the list this would be nice... The filenames of the scanned pages should have a fixt name so that automator can find them or is it based on alocation? also, after the ocr-proces, has converted the scanned pages , the tekst is directly showed on this screen?
