Hi Joe,

I totally agree about Apple. I don’t have floating sound on my AirPods, but I 
have *seriously* rapid battery drain.  There are a number of other things I 
notice, like VO focus being kind of slippy on my phone.  If I were to hazard a 
guess, I’d say that Tim Cook is more interested in being able to make flashy 
presentations in June and October than he is in waiting till they actually get 
things right.

That Samsung feature does sound very cool.  I’ve solved the problem in the car 
by using my iPhone 7 as an iPod.  That way I don’t have to interact with VO all 
that much, and my iPhone 14 is free for use.  But I shouldn’t have to do that.
