To add to this, if you select characters, words, or lines as options, you have to then swipe right and you'll hear the text as it's being selected. You can then roter to the "Edit" option and select "Copy" to copy it to the clipboard then navigate to another app ,and paste it their. Here is part of your email I copied using this method.
