With respect to Auxiliary connectors on the Apple TV 4K, forget it. None at all. Your only option is an HDMI conector. Whether you might be able to buy a special breakout box is another matter.
As for voices, every voice available from the Apple lineup is now available on the Apple TV box. HTH.
