Command-s will save a document that has not been saved yet. Where it saves
depends on a few different factors. Generally speaking, it will go into your
Documents folder of your Home Folder. However, if you are using iCloud Drive
and are using a Word Processor that saves to iCloud, the file could end up in
an iCloud subfolder of that app. For example, the Pages folder in your iCloud
Drive. You can direct where you want the document to be saved in the save
dialog though.
