I think yes. I had all kinds of issues with IOS 16.0, but they’ve mostly been resolved. My remaining issues are: Pressing the side button no longer hangs up a call And I still find that on occasion the phone isn’t as responsive to swiping as it was in IOS 15, but I don’t experience that very often.
