After tweaking this and that, Voiceover seems to be decent. Even
though I have set one voice (Samantha) to handle all speaking tasks, I
am still hearing Alex speak on certain elements. I checked that all
elements are spoken by the default voice. Thia is in System settings,
Accessibility, Spoken Content.
Also when I launch a third party app, I get a notification that I
can enable its background access in Login Items. It is on so why I still
get the notification?
